🔗No matter the reason for your remote (virtual/online) visit, you will receive compassion, integrity, and a full-circle dedication to your well-being, every time. Choose your visit type from the examples below. If unsure, choose Simple Care Visit and we’ll go from there!
10-20 minutes. Fast, focused care for simple needs, such as an earache, sore throat, urinary tract infection - or a one-time med refill.
🍎20-40 minutes . Requires more in-depth medical decision-making than a single, simple, straightforward concern. Multiple symptoms or more than one medical decision - or longer consultation.
40-60 minutes. Integrated approach for those with multiple medical conditions, medical + mental health needs, substance abuse or other issues requiring comprehensive care planning.
40-60 minutes(New Client), mental health/substance use history, plan & treatment agreement.
• Stable clients only. Outpatient rehab or detox services are not offered.
Tips for Patients:
Ensure a private, quiet space with stable internet connection.
Write down questions beforehand.
Have your medication list ready or your medication in front of you.
Be prepared to take your own vital signs, if able.

Frequently asked questions
How soon can I be seen?
You can be seen as early as tomorrow. Through the online scheduling you will be able to choose your day & time. Remember, we are an after-hours clinic, therefore slots are limited.
What ages can do a Telehealth visit?
We see all Oklahomans ages 5 & up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What can you treat?
Telemedicine is for non-emergent illnesses, chronic ongoing medical conditions, medication management and stable mental / behavioral health issues.
Telemedicine is not suitable for emergency conditions or those requiring a hands-on physical examination.
What do I need to connect for a visit?
You will need either a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for live, interactive video visit (like FaceTime). Easy peasy!
How do I use my FSA/HSA card?
Simply enter your card information as you would a debit or credit card. That’s it! 💳
Is the visit recorded?
Telemedicine services are secure & private. They are not recorded. They maintain the same privacy guidelines of a traditional office visit.

We maintain a no-cancellations policy. If you miss your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and the visit fee will be retained. Our after-hours schedule is limited and your time slot cannot be offered to someone else if you do not show up. So, please schedule only when certain you can attend.
