🪴Primary Care

20–30 minutes. Primary care is your first point of contact for everyday health needs.

  • Routine visits and check-ins

  • Medication refills and management

  • Chronic condition follow-ups

  • Preventive care counseling

  • Evaluation and treatment of common illnesses

  • Guidance on when in-person testing or exams are needed


🪴Integrated Care Visit

30-60 minutes for complex cases. Combined medical + mental health care, substance abuse or comprehensive care planning. Ideal for when you need a deeper, integrated approach.

🪴Straightforward Visit

10-15 minutes. Quick, focused care for simple needs like medication refills that do not require dose adjustment, minor concerns or illnesses, or brief follow-ups. Efficient, personal, and convenient.

MOUD - New Client

30-45 minutes. Confidential, judgment-free visit designed to meet & help individuals manage stable opioid dependence safely and effectively by providing ongoing, outpatient support.

Frequently asked questions


How soon can I be seen?

You can be seen as early as tomorrow. Through the online scheduling you will be able to choose your day & time. Remember, we are an after-hours clinic, therefore slots are limited.

What ages can do a Telehealth visit?

We see all Oklahomans age 10-100 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What can you treat?

Telemedicine is for non-emergent illnesses, chronic ongoing medical conditions, medication management and stable mental / behavioral health issues.


Telemedicine is not suitable for emergency conditions or those requiring a hands-on physical examination.

What do I need to connect for a visit?

You will need either a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, along with a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for video visits.
